  • Man, I just decided today I wanted to beat just about every guy I knew at very unofficial arm wrestling, the sort you do at lunch on the cafeteria's tables. Those exercises seem pretty damn helpful, but I heard that crumpling newspapers into little balls helped much for arm wrestling. Is that true? Great video, I really like it :)

    Cheers!

  • @the better halo player. You do not use that muscle that you use well you are doing those exercises u use one that's like in you're shoulder

  • Loads and loads of grip and forearmstrength. Doesn't mattar how strong your arms, shoulders or shest is if you have weak forearms. The best armwrestler I've ever met never went to the gym, he just spent 5 to 6 hours a day in a repairshop constantly working heavy with his hands. He's the only guy I haven't beat so far. Best training tool? Captains of crush for me.

  • @Motoruven I agree, however, grippers are completely useless when it comes to armwrestling. It doesn't mimic it very well. You don't need to squeeze the hell out of your opponents hand. You need strong fingertips. Also, when you crush the grippers, your wrist is bent back, where in aw, your wrist should never be bent back. Grippers are best when the are easy to close, and just bang out a hundred reps. Its better for forearm endurance but not strength

  • @lolmmmol I know what you mean, just squeezing isn't gonna help you win, but what grippers do is that they also thoughens your entire forearm. Combine them with wristcurls/twists and some basic wheightlifting and your gonna be a killer. But I see your point, and it's a good one ;)

  • @Motoruven

    REAL TALK

i started working at a auto body shop and am a welding student....my forearms got huge and everyone in this shop isnt even "big" but at bars they crush all the body building guys at arm wrestling

  • I would smash u in an arm wrestle :)

  • Isometric training helps a lot

  • "Best training for armwrestling is pullups." -John Brzenk

  • bist du vegetarier ? naja aller anfang ist schwer

  • I LIKE YOUR VIDS DUDE DOING V GOOD..FROM PAKISTAN...

  • sux

  • Yea I can bench out most of the guys or curl them out or whatever and I lose in armwrestling whys that -.-'

  • training for arm wrestling, wouldnt you work out your dominant arm more than your other?

  • I'm guessing wrists are also worth training?

  • @kikikikia of coarse .... hi i'm Rich xD

  • @77LPfan yep =)

  • i know masterbating helps... literally. so i guess the shake it weight can help, but i'm not getting that... just saying, save ur money and masterbate

  • Why are you doing the wrist roller exercise during shoulder flexion? I don't see the benefit of doing it that way.

  • best video ever. Thanks.

  • at 1:24, you're doing it not very correct. try lookin in a mirror from aside to check your arm position

  • OK... I WAS ARMWRESTLING THE OTHER DAY WITH A FEW PPL AND NOW MY ELBOW JOINTS FEEL ACHY SORE... I DID NO TRAINING WHATSOEVER. I AM INTERESTED IN THE GAME, BUT NOW I'M WORRIED THAT MY JOINTS ARE GONNA BE WEAK AFTER NOT TRAINING... ANY TIPS, ANYONE??

  • Great workouts, strong forearms... you compete?

  • @Malignantspiritify yes, i have vids of all my tournaments

  • @lolmmmol you know those stupid kids who keep theyr elbow like 1 meter from theyr body , so prone to injury and so low muscle engagement , do you correct and explain them ? just something that passed my mind , they are just soo clueless it makes me sick

  • small kid very funny

  • dude, please tell me the name of the song, it's wicked

also nice job with the vid :)

  • @noxBrutalis its right under the views and ratings, groove cutter

  • lol my only exercise is jacking off

    works like a charm :D

  • Impressive strength and knowledge. Well done.

  • Quick question:

Is the first exercise with the dumbbell an isometric hold?

If so, how long so you hold it??

  • @dkblade27 Yes it is a ''isometric'' hold. You should hold it ffor at least 10 seconds, somewhere around 10-15.

  • dude how tall r u?

  • dude i wanna armwrestle you !!!!

  • I'm 14 and I do the hammers with 80 PBS dumbbells, and I curl 140 per 10 set.

  • @TrueHipHopRyhmin really?

  • Lol arm wrestling doesn't get you shit... great you can arm wrestle what happens when 3 guys come up to you on the street and start beating the shit out of u, lmaoooo take MMA not arm wrestling

  • @ExclusivePunishment Three guys trying to beat the shit out of you... RUN.

  • @ExclusivePunishment if you re a coward you run, if you have a little dignity you beat the crap out of them, because you stronger anyway

  • Thanks for these! :) Much appreciated. Do you know any good free-weight exercises?

  • I guess good arm wrestler can have small arms?

  • Are triceps a big help in arm wrestling?

  • @p00pjiggle it depends on what move you do. perhaps the deadliest move in armwrestling is the press, which is when you get your shoulder behind ur arm and press down using your tricep. Once someone gets there, its extremely difficult to pin them. It is kind of a hard position to get to though.

  • @lolmmmol Thanks man!

  • @lolmmmol

    It's for shoulder roll -- --

  • @p00pjiggle

Triceps is slightly activated when the elbow is pressed against the surface.

  • wht about ur left arM??

  • what is the name of the exercise at 1:10 sec and how much weight do you use

  • Ive armwrestled you before! Micheal Phaup(spelling) in A.C correct?

  • @uscgckatwalker yup. do you mean Atlantic coast, or atlantic city. I have videos on both. Go to that video and comment which guy you are

  • @lolmmmol Haha I was the big guy in the A.C Video who you fouled out once against but beat the other, you got good form man, if I had just a little technique i think I woulda had you haha...but good matches anyways, only been pulling a few months, keep it up bro--if you added a little weight to your frame you would be a beast.....

  • @lolmmmol why are u so fucking strong for ur size ? how much training u need to curl 55 for 6 reps ?

  • @sdfefde

55pounds? Thats easy you only need about a month or 2 of training

  • @kaigreg ur dumb,stupid,retarded ?

  • @sdfefde

And why would you say that?

  • @lolmmmol ur triceps were super weak vs biceps ? 1:20

  • @sdfefde yes, at that time they were much weaker. however, for the past year, i have focused on my triceps just as much as, maybe even more than my biceps and are now getting closer to where they should be. the first 2 years i did arms, i only did biceps cuz i was young and lacked knowledge, but now im fixing it

  • Okee Now What The Fuck Was 0:36 ?

  • @LiLWazzaap weighted pull up hold.

  • @lolmmmol Ooh Btw I Just Saw Your ArmWrsteling Video

    And Its Great !

    Awesome Dude 5/5 !

Btw At 0:36 What Does That Help ?

I Mean Like Were Are You Gaining Muscels ?

  • @LiLWazzaap works your forearms pretty well.

  • what a beast

  • Im 16 and have been goin gym for about 4 months now and im 6'3 and the look the same (body type) as him im now wanting to bulk up my chest and arms any pointers???

  • When I training like you. I got hurt T_T

  • music plss !!! :D this isn't Drowning Pool - Bodies

  • а что парень молодец. так держать

  • I'm 17 too. I would love to armwrestle you someday :P

  • Can do this all exercises in one day?

  • basically trained triceps, biceps, and forearm.

I believe armwrestling is just a natural thing. Your either born good or not good.

  • @tehrunescapefreak well ur partly right. It isnt just about working out your arms. It gets really specific on the exercises you should do, like my volume two video in the video response. But yes, some people are just naturally good at it. Others have to work a lot harder to get good. This is because of natural tendon strength, not muscle strength.

  • @lolmmmol yeah that's what i was saying basically. May i ask how old you were during this video? you look pretty beastly.

  • @tehrunescapefreak I had just turned 17.

  • @lolmmmol

Is that you? Can you be my friend? You are so cool. I am 16 years old.

  • @tehrunescapefreak totally agreed with the natural thing :)

  • @tehrunescapefreak nothing is just natural my friend, training technique and the power of will is everything...

  • nice

  • i want to bit my friend up in the arm man

  • they may not have real life transfer but they cant hurt

  • you guys think hes pretty strong at arm wrestling?

  • forget all those exercises jackin off is fun safe and develops great body tone ! i charge 100 dollars a session

  • good stuff

  • Devon Larrat says griptraining doesn't transfer to AW. I worked myself to CoC2 and to be honest you get like no real life transfer value. I started working on rolling thunder and wristcurls instead and it feels better

  • well they obviously dont hurt. my first day i trained with the team, they said i was pretty tough to toproll. all i had done before that was grippers, and a few wrist curls. Maybe the fact that ive been playing tennis for 15 years made my wrist strong.

  • Comment removed

  • @Vandroug There are two "T's" in "Larratt"

  • Yeah I've always wanted to do things like that, with crossfit, or other intense training regimens, but i just don't have the time, with all the tennis i play, and the armwrestling training i do.

  • i jus jack offf a lot to work out my arms

  • Lol!

  • @xstrifex123 i think thats why i'm strong to.

  • @xstrifex123 roflmao who doesn't

  • @xstrifex123 hahahahahaha soo truee man lol me 2 but if never been beat at armwrestling and im only 14 haha

  • jehan or w/e ur name is, you needa get a life, if you were all muscular and shit yourself, you would be in the gym right now insted of talking shit to people? honestly? lol get a life, and lolmmm get up the good work bro

  • lolmmm fuck haters man don't worry , haters make everyone famous, so don't get mad get glad haha

  • You ever work out your legs? They're puny as shit. Also, the only thing that was even remotely above average is your wrist curl on the bench (probably from jacking off 20x anyways). And to all the people impressed by the cable curls, they are much easier than the weight implies, freeweights are much more difficult. Not saying cable curles are useless or anything just making people aware of the reality.

  • I do my legs 2 or 3 times a week douchebag. Just because I don't put it on youtube, doesn't mean I dont do them. bro you need to stop making those gay little assumptions because you don't know shit about me. and by the way the purpose of this video isn't to impress people with the weight.

  • @lolmmmol Don't get so worked up over negative comments. Most YouTube users are fat lazy retards who wouldn't know what the inside of a gym looked like let alone be able to function there.

  • @Jehanzeb14 Get a life.

  • nnice vid dude!!ur pretty tough

  • All you really need to work on is Grip, Forearm and pulling power.

  • whats the song caled?

  • my shooter

    by groove cutter

    i think

  • i say the best ever exercise you could do for armwrestling is handwalking. most people can not do that , they can hold the military press position for a long time.

anyways this is a pretty good video. thnx

  • Arm wrestling is all about pulling power not pushing power. Its all about grip forearm and pulling power.

  • MyShooter

  • anyone know whats the song on this video is called?

  • I should rip your arm off

  • so basically just workout ur whole arm

    ( biceps,triceps, and forearm)

  • yeah but this one isnt nearly as good as volume 2. the exercises in volume 2 are a lot more armwrestling specific

  • in armwrestling is all about your grip, forearm and PULLING power.

  • Comment removed

  • What do you mean not really? I said its all about pulling power and your biceps are pulling muscles...your slow!

  • keep up the god work, say hi to Leoni, Gary, Alper and Shawn

  • quite a strong lad, but really needs to work on his form, every exercise was messy and all over the place.

  • Triceps?

since when did triceps play a role in arm wrestling?

  • there is a move called the press where you get your shoulder behind your arm and push down with your tricep. i never use it. thats why i rarely do triceps

  • Im 6'2 and skinny :( lol i started working out but im afraid ill look shorter ifi get buff..

  • masterbate everyday youl get stronger arms

  • weak little man,you would get hurt in oldham.STANDARD

  • WEAK LITTLE HATER

  • you ain't doing your exercices well enough to make a vid

  • Man, You look way bigger in this vid. Nice work.

  • thanks. im about 185 lbs in this vid. in the video response, i am 175 but a lot stronger.

  • Hey whats ur max curl (1 rep) on a dumbell?

  • im not sure but i can get 4-5 reps per arm with the 60 lb dumbbells. i have done a couple with the 65's. I MAY be able to get 1 rep with a 70 lb dumbbell with my right arm.

  • weak little man would get hurt in oldham !

  • cooool

  • Im 160P 6'0 age 17:

    Arms 16inch LOWER ARMS: 14inch....

  • Awesome, I wish I was like that 5 years ago. When you get my age, it starts to suck.

  • your a dumbass, i hate when dudes use the excuse "o when your my age" bullshit, you can stay fit at any age, i know a 55 year old dude trains 3 times a week and watches his diet and he looks like hes 25 so stop making excuses

  • @CorbyFat555 Kind of like Sylvester Stallone, he's 63 and still looks like he can still take on the Russian from rocky IV.

  • We can raise bets how much you want, I can pay your ticket to here if we bet alot... its no problem for me.

  • hahah. try armwrestling against me, State champion age 17 counter: Bosnia and Herzegovina.

  • haha no thanks dude. ul probably will smash me. im not very experienced when it comes to technique.

  • what's the song name

  • my shooter - groove cutter

  • do u kno of any armwrestling torn. in pennsylvania?

  • actually yeah there is one called the battle of the titans on January 9th in King of Prussia, PA. I think thats close to Plilly. Im going to that one, so I may see u if u go

  • @lolmmmol.what weight classes are thare.

  • Valley Forge Convention Center: 1160 1st Ave. King of Prussia, PA

    weight classes are:

    mens open: 0-154-176-198-243-243+

    mens novice: 0-154-176-198-199+

  • where's the reverse curls? If you want more forearm strength you gotta work the top of the forearm too!!

  • yeah i don't have them in this video. my knowledge back then was very limited. I do perform these though. both reverse EZ bar curls and zottoman curls. Make sure and check the video response to go even more in depth of armwrestling exercises

  • arent you going to have your all american dream by inject yourself with roids?

  • roids are for pussies that will arent satisfied enough by hard work alone. there is no "glory" in achieving your goals by giving yourself a lot of assistance by using roids. its cheating

  • well as admirable as it sounds now, peer pressure will corrupt you sooner or later, what will you do if some junkie on roids is going to defeat you? Thats how all these Olympic and professional athletes get forced into roids.. they know if they dont do it someone else would..

  • ive already accepted the fact that i will never be the biggest or the strongest. i just have to work harder than everybody else, and i don't mind it because i greatly enjoy it. i am not one to fall under peer pressure. it may sound hard to believe, but in my 18 year life, i have never done a drug once. that includes cigarettes, and everything else. I have also never drank alcohol in my life either. I am trying to live as long as possible.

  • i am sorry to be intrusive like this, i always speak my mind..I think no one is isolated from peer pressure, its the peer pressure that took you into the jump to feel stronger than your peers..you may enjoy it but the intent also cant be avoided..u will find out sooner or later anyway.. In my 28 yrs life what i found out is something like that zen story.. where the old man says "we will see".

  • haha same here bud

  • How old r u?

  • i was 17 in this vid, but i just turned 18 a month ago

  • How much does that "weight" you were lifting weights (Actual weight if possible)

  • im sorry im not sure i completely understand your question. are you asking how much im lifting for each exercise?

  • If possible, yes. )

    Thank you. )

I'm just intrested, how much do people lift, because I'm training at home, made my self some "weights" (or how do you call them) and started to train... )

  • i kept these weights lighter in the video because they are just for demonstration. But when I go all out, these are the weights i use:

at :07 - this is only a 70 lb dumbbell, but its the heaviest dumbbell they have. at another gym i go to, its anywhere from 80-90 lb dumbbell

    :18 - 170-190 lbs

    :32 - 55-60 lbs

    :46 - 45 - 50 lbs per arm

    1:09 a 10 lb plate for 30 second intervals

1:15 - only 130-140 lbs, my triceps are weak

    1:24 - 50-55 lbs

  • 1:10 nice

  • Hi there. Nice exercises.

I have to mention, that the first triceps exercise (the one with the pull down) is not done correctly. Try not lifting your hands so much, and stop when you are at 90 grades.

  • Why do you think you shouldn't go post 90 degrees? Thanks

  • @andyr798ken

Do it like i said, and your biceps will be more formed, and massive. It is because, when you go post 90 degrees, your forearms have to do some of the work. And what you want is to have a formed, oval, round biceps, not a flat, long one.

  • NICE workout LOLMMMMOL....

  • Cheers some good moves there m8

  • thanks. stay tuned for armwrestling training exercises volume 2. it will be up in the next couple weeks :)

  • new vid is up

  • lol dude getchy sum she wants you@!!!!!

  • hmmmmm well im a girl so i dont really arm wrestel but....your really cute and if you ever want to tongue wrestle, let me know ;)

  • you had very good form in your last tricep exercise

  • THANKS MAN

  • yep

  • The most effective exercise there was probably the thick bar pull-up hold - followed by the hammer curls.

The best type of wrist curls for arm wrestling are the Rolling Thunder wrist curls - either standing or hooking up the Rolling Thunder handle to a cable pulley.

  • ya i may post a video soon of much more effective exercises. A lot of them coming from larratt

  • new armwrestling training video is up

  • to be good in armwrestling u need to be strong from you fingertip to the armpit if you know what I mean.... that's it

  • a huge guy that works at my gym said armwrestling works your shoulder mostly... these dont really look much like shoulder exersizes

  • Yoy dont know niothing about armwrestling exercise. Its bodybuilder exercise for back and biceps and triceps.

  • keep in mind i made this video when i just got into armwrestling. my knowledge was very limited. now i know many more that are better than the ones in the video

  • Ok but dont lie watchers about exercise becouse somebody like you who dont know this sport take that on really and make wrong exercise and bad training:))

BTW good luck to you my friend i armpulling:))

  • Hey, then can u post a video showing more training exercises? Id like to know more cause ur videos are better than those expertvillage shit imo.
