Texas Taekwondo Black Belt board breaks hook kick

I was going to speed break that last board but the whole school was full of people and then a wall of mirrors. Next time Im going to clear a small path for the speed break flying broken board aftermath. I know we all use to practice those speed break hooks 25 years ago at your school. Im itching to try it next time. Thank you for your comments..... BBB

Hey show Brad how to do a one board speed break, the right way in a video? And I know you can do a 360 spinning hook kick speed break one board. I'm watching you grow too..lol
