@gaylolful whistle notes are only accessible by head voice or whistle register...belted notes are done using chest/full/mixed voice...but to refer to whistle notes that are so strong...especially if done by great opera singers whose notes are really really fierce...some people used the term "belted whistle note" just to describe how strong the notes is...the singer's note is so strong as if he's belting it...but in reality...whistle notes cannto be belted...

mariah's really untouchable- extreme vocal range belts whistles creative vocal styles, textures-all the best i just wish she sing as good in live,. ^_^ by the way, her best whistle i think is Bringin on the Heartbreak, melody and frequency wise the author of this video has a great taste-haha same with me other authors chose emotions or others whisltes just because those are higher but Bringin on the Heartbreak is really mariah's best whistle high frequency-C7 great melody creative, bird like
