instead of milking the fact that she went into labour and suggesting that thats someones fault, praise that lady for committing to the protest despite the fact that she was 8 months pregnant.. that is admirable, because im sure she knew that it was risky but she stood up for her rights and the rights of her unborn child.
she would prob be first to give out if the gardai had come out and said "well leave them to it, its only women in there, if it was men we might need to do something" am sick to my stomach of selective sexism. i dont disagree with the protest, more power to them, but if your going to make a stand against the system, dont politicise it in the exact same way as that system would. it just demeans the point your trying to make.
is there a doctors report showing that stress caued that lady to go into labour? cos she was walked, yes walked out of that building by gardai, she wasnt dragged, kicked, beaten or mistreated in anyway. paramedics visited her during the occupation too. from what ive checked, the authorities couldnt really have done much else for her. i also love how this lady at the end of this video is pointing out that Gardai went up against 40 women, what difference does it make what gender they are?
the gardi are slaves to the bankers and elite, this is what happens when we get our laws from brussels. the e.u. is an elitest corporation. things will get much worse under lisbon.
Lisbon? We've the most right wing economy in Europe. The French, on the othrer hand, generally acquiese to every strike that takes place there. The Dutch and the Germans have wayyy more protections than Irish workers...
