The only way I've seen people get mods onto the console is to connect the xbox 360 hard drive to there computer the load them onto it but idk bout ps3

I think there might be a way of getting mods onto your Xbox by letting some experienced technician do it but other then that, there's no way to.

Nope, mods are for PC only. However some of the top mods are sometimes ported to the 360 at a later date.

Well, personally I've never played Fallout 3 for PC, I borrowed it for Xbox from a friend. I was going to buy it for Xbox until I saw that they had User-Content for PC, I'm planning on using an Xbox 360 controller to play the PC version, though I'm sure the controls will be different. But I do want to know one thing... with the custom content, do you have full control over the design of your weapons? Or do you only have the ability to change what the weapons do? Please Message me if possible.

If you know how to create 3d models then you can make weapons and armor from scratch. If you don't know how to, then in the editor you can change the values of any existing weapon. If you want a sniper rifle that shoots lazers you can make it.

@Naserve I play both consoles and PC's evenly and still think console controls are way easier (which is why I use my Xbox controller for PC games). Truthfully, the whole point to PC games are the mods IMO. Graphics may be upped a bit with good PC's, but they're way more expensive than an Xbox. I don't even know what the big deal is with choosing one or the other, you still get to play the game (unless it's xbox or PC exclusive of course).

after you gain access to the citadel you can ask one of the talk able NPCS in the citadel (you'll need permission from elder Lyons) then he can train you how to wear power armor (there is a glitch[some people might have found this] in the operation anchorage DLC when you beat and you get into that armory there is the winterized T-51b power armor and the gauss rifle. pick up the power armor and wear it simple as that but that question doesn't fit this video so sorry
