Auto-tune cheats people into thinking someone is a better singer than they are. First she does sing "so sweet" and the other lyrics herself. I was there. Second. Pharrel on the screen looks great. I know she sings, I wish I was there at the live performance. It's just that if you see her first performances of the tour, you can hear the pre-recorded "so sweet" and her voice over it, and now her voice isn't as clear. You're right, auto-tune fools people, do you think she auto-tuned here? Her voice is nice here, it was worse at many other concerts, and I really feel weird watching that DVD in Argentina in which her voice is heavily edited...

You know what. Your comments are actual more articulate than most. Some people just slag Madge off because of her age. Thank goodness you can see past all that. Nope. She was not auto-tuned here. In other shows she missed some of her lyrics. LOL. You are right. The DVD is heavilty edited. I know she'll never have a powerhouse voice - but know she can sing well (not brilliantly like Aretha Franklin for example) - so am ok with the DVD on that basis. Respect for singing not lip syncing!

And a lot of other moments, like DWT and Drowned World + Paradise at CT - those are just some examples of how good she is. And I don't understand why people give so much shit about her age - she's just 51! That's not even old, really! It just shows how soon people agree to be old....

Auto tune or not......she is already a legend. No one can do what Madonna did. If you are in the place of Madonna, singing and dancing, do you think you can finish the show with full energy.
