Still loving it jorge. Probably be back in about 6 months, then I'm going to try and find a way to stay here permanently. We were prepared for a couple of months but we will have to go back home, regroup, and come back without all of the useless stuff we didn't need to pack. I lived in Turtle Crossing, West Bay for 9 yrs. I lived, laughed,loved,drank,lazed,partied, gazed, fell in love, laughed some more,fell in love, stayed in love with EVERYTHING, lived your fantasies a thousand times. here is a little secret for anybody who wants to go there but money is tight,. if u belong to a christian organization, there are few christian churches there that would welcome you to stay w. them at their house. they're humble n hospitable people , u can help them out w. some cash n also would get to know the culture.I visited there through some freinds from a church in SPS and they hook me up w. some christian brothers in Roatan. anyways just want to share this idea. hope u can visit Honduras
So what was your favorite thing in Isla Roatan? And how about your favorite destination on the Valor? My wife and I are taking the Valor Sept 27th 2009 on the 7 day cruise to Cayman, Honduras, Belize and Cozumel.
We went in Sept 2005. Roatan and Cozumel were probably the best destinations. I recommend renting a scooter at both places. Pack a day bag with towels and snacks. You can just pull over and hit the beach!
i rode a bannana boat there it was so fubn to be there!the water is super clear so i bought some stuff to remember it our school gives away money to there

i have been on Gio's Restaurant and its nice place but not the best restourant on island ..i liked better one in west end whitch gous out to the oceon dont remember the name.

I remember when I was in Honduras, my girlfriend and me went to Roatan, we made love behind the moon light in the sand close to the water this is why I will never forget that night, when I go back down ther I will go to Roatan again!
