  • Mr Jay I have tried something for my chest workout.I did 3 sets of pushups as much as i could do and then i started my chest routine and now after 3 days i feel so pumped up.I think it helped me to focus more

  • @MrNewyork1966 Questions are only $5 a piece ha. ha. I've always been a strong bencher so I'd be lying if I told you there was a secret. Most peoples strengths are within their genetics, then they capitalize on them and eventually overpower their whole physique. My best advice is practice makes perfect. Make sure you have a spotter.

  • Great workout. I have a prob with deadlift that you might be able to give some tips for. I have a very hard time making my ass and hamstrings fire. Is there anything I can do to not pre-exhaust them but just give a small pump so I can feel them working?

  • @boby6 Deep squats to get them warmed up as well as hyperextensions focusing on the hams and glutes to elevate your body brother.

  • @SnapCity1 contract the muscles and drop the load directly on the muscle you are targeting.

  • @SnapCity1 Static contraction, forces more blood into the muscle, shapes the muscle and has the capability to burn more fat during a squeeze/flex. Almost like posing the muscle. Try it out brother. Let me know how it feels.

  • The edits in your vids cut to the next scene before you finish saying what you're saying. I don't know what the cause is but a lot of information is being lost.

  • @Jordan121214 I would do what suits you everyone is diffrent as long as you contract the muscle with good form the way you do it does not matter a lot if ur a bigginer if ur advanced then you can do diffrent things

  • @Jordan121214 Past injuries and surgeries do not allow me to flare my elbows brother. Plus I feel it deeper in the chest when I turn the DB in that fashion. Try it out and let me know how it feels to you.

    anyone trying to dumbell press like a barbell is getting in wrong in my view.

  • When I do bench press I get inflammation in my tendons I went to the doctor he said not to lift to heavy but even when I don't it hurts like hell sometimes, I wear gloves as well, anyway ideas on how I can sort it out?

  • @Distrub122334 he explained once and said he's suffered (i think it was shoulder injuries in the past). And suicide grip is more comfortable for him.
