@MrKillingBalls What seems to work out for most people is either learning to play it very well one hand at a time, and then play with both hands or begin really slowly with both hands. When you manage playing it (or the first part) at a slow speed, you try it a little faster. Takes time, but pays off eventually. :)

@wartree I know what you mean, i've recently overcome this, keep practicing the left hand, without looking, then progress to playing both together slowly, and gradually speed up to the tempo you would like to keep. hope i helped at all.

wow the arpeggio part is getting my nerves on, i can play the notes easily, but the rythm is killing me, because the left hand is 1-2, and the right hand is 1-2-3, so the notes dont match, almost like playing a different time signature in each hand.

Any points on how to learn it properly. what helps.

phoe! I see all the reactions about "I learned it in 30 minutes", " I learned it in 10 minutes". I don't play piano at all! (I just know the notes) and I'm learning it myself, I'm now already a month buzy trying to play it and I'm just with the thirth part!! and when I'm to buzy with my left hand I forget what to do with right, so its very confusing~!! respect for the people who can play it so wel!!

@meikeandrea you really should try just playing so much with your left hand alone, that it becomes automized. You should be able to play it without thinking, and then focus on your right hand for the leading notes.

i learned the left hand, then learnt the right hand, but putting it together is like rubbing your belly, tapping your head and saying the alphabet backwards.

this is not really hard, the only thing u need to do is learning the left hand until u can it like flowing water then just play the melodi wo isnt that difficult either :P learned the song in 10 mins but i play piano so :D

No its not, i just learned it.,..practiced for a week...just start with the left hand, until you can play that flawlessly, and then start with right hand.,.dedicate yourself to learning it, and you will..

As far as I know, it's called Comptine D'un Autre Été: L'Apres Midi. Maybe it has another name as well, but in that case I'm not aware of it ;) All I know is that it is the soundtrack of a film called "Amélie".

yeah I have a few mates who also play this, including myself(check it out :P) and they say it cramps the left hand, not me though, unless I play it super fast lol my version is slightly faster than yours but mine has a few mistakes i think, see for yourself :)
