RanSag1 what is a corril? Also take the filter cover off and spray some fuel straight into the carb then turn on the choke and it should start. It might shut off cuz there might be debris in the fuel jet. I've let mine sit and had that same thing happen. I just keep spraying fuel into it with a sprayer and it usually cleans up and runs fine again. Make sure your getting fuel into the carb by loosening the little screw under the carb. Fuel should drip out if fuel is reaching the carb. Worse ca

@scbjgs The pipe I have is the fat-boy pipe, just do a search, and no the 2-shoe clutch is for racing, it doesn't stay engaged unless you accelerate fast and break fast as if your racing, for street use, stick to the stock 3-shoe.

Yeah, no kidding...lol I got this bike for free and only put about $150 in upgrades into it and it runs pretty good actually, I bored my carburetor out to a 20mm diameter and this thing has really high RPM, in the video I'm only doing 1/2 throttle because I was test running it with the new carb. but a Polini would cost 6 X more than this one.

thats cool, i had the same bike it was fun an all but for some reason the one i got fell apart a lot of times and ride quality wasnt that good...but i got my polini and a blata 2.5 through a trade for a crf50 which i traded for a mini chopper i bought for 200...so i got a blata and polini for 200..not bad...i sold the blata for 100 which i regret but still got my polini...funny ting last week i raced some dude wit a cag and l let him win and he though he was faster but later i destroyed him lol

Well it has a few things wrong with it, it constantly needs to be tunned, needs to be thourrowly warmed up to stay idle at normal rpm and the sprocket holes on all sprockets are slightly too big so when bolting it on the sprocket rotates all warped, so the chain goes too tight and then too loose, I would liie to sell it but it has too much and doesn't work well, I would like to part it out, then the handle bar stem and lever is cracked, so idk if you want it.

i have did this oledi. thats y i know. u try race it on the go-kart track for 10 laps, then u will agree. pobably can't even consistant for 3 laps. unless u r using ceramic piston, or 40mm piston.

I didn't build this for racing, it runs fine infact if you let it sit and idle for a few minutes it cools down and stalls out

this setting only good for drag race. it will overheated if riding for more than 2 minutes. install back the original cylinder but using the HP piston then will solve the overheated problem.
