im guessing you fixed the problem, hence the title. But just in case. to get the chain loose again just oil it up with some chain oil or a specially made fish oil which is made for bikes or just use alot of WD40. really just oil the heck out of the chain and keep moving it,(like oil it then ride it every day, it will be free in no time) about the starter? just go on ebay and buy a new "pocket bike pull starter" there cheap and an easy fix. and lastly at 1:30 its a visor i think. just ebay it.
@DeHaveniz1 Clutch spring is a new one haha. Glad to hear its fixed! Although it is still a good idea to check up on the spark plug from time to time as cleaning it or replacing it will insure top speed and acceleration.
@DeHaveniz1 Looks pretty good right now, if you go to my channel and look under either "My Friends" or "Subcribers" you'll see MrOpeezy he has a vid of buying a new body kit for, what i think is the same bike as yours.
Also if you just want the front fairing, its what its called, or windscreen, also another name for the part you mentioned you wanted to replace you should check out eBay as many sellers have the complete kit or just parts at really good prices right now.
sooooooooooooo im not so sure about the chain if you have grease i would apply some to the entire chain as you roll the wheel as you did as it seems that it dosent have any. Does the chain feel dry? if so it really REALLY needs to be greased up, however if that doesnt work its time for a new one... just remember to grease it and clean and re- grease from time to time.
Now for the pull start, ive seen a lot before so ill start by asking you if you know how to remove the spark plug?

@TheDrizzleX Hey thanks for the help but i got the chain lubd up and the pull starter fix it was the clutch spring that stoped it but thanks anyway.
