Your conscious mind could never take in information this fast - you read with your conscious mind, you photograph with your subconscious mind. Secondly, after you have turned the pages of the book a number of times, you then fan the book cover to cover to fill in any pages you may have missed, so you get all the information.

After attending a seminar with Richard Welch I realized what he was teaching was hatred and jealousy. He merely spoke of how he was robbed by Paul Scheele's PhotoReading invention and advancements. Anytime there was a question to the logic of his biased claims he simply discarded it without comment and went on the most absurd redundant/rehearsed rant.
