Personally, I'm not afraid of the physical affects that are coming to us, no matter how (i.e. comet, pole shift, mayan calendar, etc.) What worries me is the mass amount of people who will leave the cities in a mass panic, once power is shut down. They will flood the countryside looking for food and shelter. And they will take whatever they can find. This is when the true face of human nature will come out for all to see.
