i agree with masterslayer. also, try changing the mode its in. type sym3sym3program10000 (while fone is open) then 4 service code do all 0s (00000) then find the settings and do mode try hybrid or normal.
dial *228 and press 2 and ur phone will reset and turn back on . if that doesnt work you either dont have internet on your phone or you hafta go to a store

my voyager does the same thing and got it fully flashed to cricket. i think its the user name and password but cant change it for some reason
