The Beatles did a number of funny songs and out takes like this. It means nothing. The only song where they do a take on Dylan in a tongue and cheek way is "Rocky Racoon." "Norwegian Wood" was Dylan inspired, but not a jab or anything like that. People used to have a sense of humor before the 21st century and the internet. Now everyone is raging all the time on the internet instead of getting therapy.
