In my opinion, Dave Weckl have taught the best way to play drums. This guy is right when he says that you shouldn't be bend over while playing, but then again, look at his right arm when he's playing.. One of the most important rules in drumming postures is to have you're arms totally relaxed. But the way he plays, causes alot of tension to his arms which will cause inaccurate drumming, fatigue and, if unlucky, injuries..

you can't be that straight back.. coz you look like a robot while playing... maybe hunch back is not good.. but totally straight back is not either.. it's important to play the drums while you're comfortable and relaxed
