Try harder with a partner, and make sure that you use either smoke or flash, but one of you have to use flash and smoke grenades, smoke slows them down and block their vision, flash creates a huge cloud of white smoke and whitens their vision

You can start your own session with "Custom Game" or you can do "Quick Join" when you join a game u come in some kind of lobby then press square so there stands "Ready" underneath ur name ;)
