I see most are young teenagers are posting here about been light and skinny. That's the way your meant to be. It's down to metabolism. Pure and simple. Allow your bodies to grow naturally and then when your metabolism slows you can increase weight. Stop rushing things your young enjoy been skinny and able to have a six pack while you still can. It soon disappears
@GainMuscleMassX so if i gained my 10 pounds, do i still have to adjust my life style ? imagine i keep on working out, but i don't want to diet so strict anymore and i don't want to rest the time that it's needed, will i lose weight?
