I have an interchangable knee pad - one for Desert Trooper and one for StormTrooper I think I just took it off cos it was easier to dance with it, as for the wrong thigh thing I know :( The guy who built it for me put it on the wrong side and I just never got round to switching it over, its the reason the 501st declined me, that and the fact that the left thigh is too loose, but I've fixed that now :)

Oh rite I see. I do the same for dancing! lol. Your left thigh was too loose?? Does that mean too much room between the armour and your body?? I hope the 501st didnt decline you for that because I am just applying to join the 501st and I am probably 'a little short to be a stormtrooper'. lol, 5ft 6. Hopefully they wont mind, because there is quite alot of room between my thigh pieces and my actual thighs! ( I'm quite slim aswel).

oh and you might want to turn your thigh pieces a bit because the highest part of the thigh pieces (which on your vid are touching the lower body armour, which annoyes me to hell when wearing mine) If you turn your left thigh piece a bit more anti-clockwise and the right piece a bit more clockwise the high point of the thigh piece will have a bit more room and wont rub hopefully and you might find it easier to walk.
It was just a thought cos it looked a bit unconftable thats all! lol.
