Don't compare bands like that.Each band brings something unique to the table.Hell I always hated when bands are compared.When I was young they did the same thing between PF and Yes.Which was bullshit back then as it is comparing Riverside and Opeth now.Just enjoy and leave the rest behind.

Opeth doesn't sound like Riverside guys, they have totally different styles i saw both live and btw Opeth music is more complicated than Riverside's they are both amazing IMO Riverside make amazing music that gets into you from very simple ideas but technically speaking opeth's music is much more demanding and harder to play theoritically speaking but i absoloutely love them both the same.

Jak pierwszy raz usłyszałem Riversów, nie chciało mi się wierzyć że to wyrób polski. No nie ma siły, po prostu w Polsce nie ma takich zajebistych ludzi. A jednak, rozczarowanie, są i to więcej niż zajebiści, bo na miarę największych gwiazd.

Sorry but my "Opeth" was Ironic:) I know them from Blackwater park and Damnation with Ghost Reveries are my favourite album and I saw them live too here in Italy and believe me..Riverside don't sound like Opeth
