these teachers seem to not be able to get beyond the body...yoga is so much more. if you don't "get it" from the vinyasa flow style teacher, you should try something like sivananda yoga.

I have this DVD and I love working out with it! I do Bikram Yoga with it and it makes for an intense, cleansing workout after a rough day.

Yoga is nice if it's done for the right reason. That reason is Christ! Most people start to worship false God's such as, trees or plants or anything that God created they let the mind open. When the mind is open it is vulnerable to demons and God. You must know real peace and love only comes from one source. The Holy Spirit of Jesus Christ. Then you may let your mind grow spiritually through him.

Jews and Muslims don't even believe in that. It is a Christian creation that resulted from a lack of historical knowldge regarding the origin and influences of biblical writers. Jesus was a great guy, but happiness, knowledge, contentment, and spirituality proceeded him by eons.

Her DVDs are region free I think. Her yoga sessions should be shared all around the world, she can change your life. Corn is intelligent and delivers her guidance without fail.

I have both of Corn's DVDs and they are amazing! Best yoga guidance and practice I have had in a long time. I believe her DVDs are also region free

Seane Corn is amazing and very intelligent about her craft. Her vinyasa teaching is challenging and powerful. I love yoga own both of Corn's DVDs, nice video!
