If laws are made by a minority with only there interests in mind, What difference does it make who enforces or judges them. If the law itself is unjust, it is still a law and will be enforced. It is all a dog and pony show. Again to keep the majority divided. so the united minority can continue to rule us by any meens they see fit.

This video is so hilarious it's mind boggling, hint hint conservatives, recognizing experiences make you a better judge is not "racist". Also, in the Ricci case she ruled on precedent, it would have been activist for her to rule in favor of the firefighters since she was an appelate judge, not a supreme court judge.

Judge Sotomayor was a member of a three judge panel that decided in favor of the city's decision to throw out the results of a promotion exam because not enough minority candidates scored well. It's a pending Supreme Court case

She also quoted Norman Thomas, a socialist leader who was the presidential candidate for the Socialist Party multiple times, in her yearbook to sum up her philosophy. The quote she used said, "I am not a champion of lost causes but of causes not yet won."
