@MVRDS Can't remember sorry. It was one of the royalty free AudioSwaps though. I can't find where a 'Audio Credit' is but I'm sure there used to be somewhere you could check what song it is.
That is very odd.. First I've heard of it not working. Well obviously you're using Windows 7 or you wouldn't be trying this, umm. perhaps start with finding your User Profile path.. Click 'Start Button' and in the 'Search Programs and Files' text entry enter this exactly: %userprofile% and hit Enter.. if it gets to that, try to manually navigate to each folder starting with AppData, then Roadming, then Microsoft, etc... see how you go.
Yeah, it said the path didnt exist. I checked with 2 other places and they said the path should work, but it didn't.
Anyway, I ended up making a folder and putting all the programs I wanted as "quick launch" icons in it. Then I made a "new toolbar" and chose that folder as the toolbar. I now have my quick launch back! It looks identical to what I had on Vista!

@theqwerty9191 Totally irrelevant to my video, but nether the less I'll lend a hand. Try the Defaults button in Dock Settings.

@TechnikerChannel It's called 'Fences' and is by StarDock. I highly recommend checking it out if you like to use your Desktop as a dumping ground

"%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\ Internet Explorer\Quick Launch" doesnt bring up anything on my computer. it says the folder doesn't exist.

One thing is for sure.. You've got a rather bizarre install of Windows 7 for the %userprofile% variable to not exist.

why would you want quick launch?

Some people don't like the size/spacing of the new launch bar. There's plenty more reasons but that's good enough reason right there.
