You know, I really don't like this stage. The music, the shitty GUN truck sequences, the skateboarding... Even the parts where the game calms down and gives you normal platforming sequences are pretty dull. It's also ridiculously hard to know what you're supposed to do, especially in bits like the Classic sonic running from the truck with all the tower platforms and stuff. It's just.... not good. :l

This game is fantastic no doubt about it but it was so overhyped and the 3DS version was a huge disappointment for me. For a start some of the stages were insanely short but then again i suppose it's not about quantity it's about quality...next we have the Special Stages..i was so disappointed with those as they were just the exact same as the ones in Sonic Heroes except for tweaked up graphics and music..again i was expecting more so overall Generations was somewhat disappointing.

@Loudclaw123 no, I knew from beginning it was different, but I expected at least super sonic in normal levels, and a bit more creativity, radical Highway I was hoping to be amazing, happens to be the most boring part in my opinion, also modern sonic is just like playing classic sonic, the camera never goes behind modern sonic, few times behind him but not all the way behind him, more like behind his right shoulder not looking ahead but to the background, making it hard to know whats ahead.

@randomenvelope Sonic Gen 3DS is a great 2D sonic game, but I see what you're getting at.  I was a little upset by how little content 3DS had too. Perhaps Sega could do a DLC where 3DS players can download stages that the PS3 version had and vice versa; because i would have loved to play City Escape again, or have fought Perfect Chaos, or gone through Sky Sanctuary on the 3DS. Plus I'm sure some PS3 exclusive players would have loved to fight Biolizard or gone through Radical Highway

@OtakuNewsSource I don't exactly know how the console version works, but in the 3DS it's strange because of the story stuff, suddenly out of nowhere you get top race shadow and silver, and they get no reasoning of being there, nor does they get mentioned in the story. And randomly you get to fight the last bosses from other sonic games, even early in the game.

@NoSenseOfSecurity In the console version, Metal Sonic/Shadow/Silver get no explanation of ending up in the white world, they just fight Sonic and once you beat them, you get a chaos emerald from them (Shadow and Silver end up coming to Sonic birthday party at the end when everyone returns to the party). You fight each era boss (Death Egg Robot/Perfect Chaos/Egg Dragoon) after you get the 3 keys to open the boss gate. Console version kinda seems to have you work a bit more...
