Depends on witch Season you've seen at last. They have been together and Kim has a child with JD but this is season 8 and JD and Elliot are back together.

no kim moved away just when the baby was born bcoz jd basically said he couldnt love her and eliott called of the wedding then during season 8 the feeelings between eliott and jd became apparent

@gillygilligan It's true that Kim and J.D. have a child but they never truly got back together. Elliot and Keith called off the wedding. As for Elliot and J.D. getting back together, until the end of the series where J.D. left Sacred Heart, not sure if they really honestly in all senses of the term got back together.

@DesktopNeko Yea they did get back together. Theres one episode when they ar etalking about it. Why they should and why they shouldn't. At the end of that episode JD tales hold of Elliots hand as they are walking to the car.

Since season nine is coming in the fall and both zach and sarah are planning on coming back for six they should have their proposal the first episode elliot announce her pregnancy in the third episode and have their wedding in the final episode of their appearances. This scene I believe should be the scene in which they concieve their child.
