Just listened to the video put out by pypes on the grabber blue 2011 GT. They should put up another video...sounds sloppy and crackly. Everyone has their own preferences. I paid the extra money so on the highway I don't get that annoying exhaust drone. I didn't go for just having the loudest. If I just cared about making it louder, I would do more than throw a couple mufflers on it.
@praetorian2150 They can be pricey...but if you shop around, they are still pricey...but you can find places that sell them several hundred dollars under list price. I paid 799 and list is 999 if I recall. These are just axle back and later on when I do more, like headers, I will do the x pipe. To do the catbacks didn't make sense to me right now...just for a slightly gentler bend...maybe 3-4 hp??? Sound was important. Stock, the sound was too quiet. Thanks
@guitaristwagner That's under the most optimal of conditions though. On the dynos, they have fans, controlled environments, and have a lot more variables that make optimal conditions. All they have to do is hit the numbers once to post em too. Realistically, it's closer to about 10-12. Remember, UP TO 15 RWHP, or 13, or 17, or whatever gain it is for whatever mod. Not guaranteed. :-)

sounds ok, pypes bomb is louder and deeper in my opinion. thats a waste of 800 bucks to me.
