@marniemiami dude have you ever HEARD of the Kinsey scale? Few people in the world are actually totally straight or gay. Most of us are a little of both, just more of one than the other. John is probably bisexual. but that is academic given that he is in a commited monogamous relationship with a guy he loves. I don't think anyone would want to spend 16 years having sex with someone of their own sex if they were STRAIGHT. If he has any doubts, I certainly don't!

@marniemiami I think that was said in humour, and that you are looking for an excuse to hate. Hate, is of course, a dogma for Fundamentalists, just as ignorance is one of their dogmas. But hate and malice are hallmarks of Fundamentalism. The Barrowman tests are small compared to the ones at the Brain Institute and Karloliniska in Sweden and the extensive fMRI tests done in China. But Barrowman himself knows his gender, and his critics simply transfer their hate toward him for who he is.

I've seen this and the evidence leads to physical brain differences in johns brain which correlates strongly with simmilar differences common to men who are gay. I feel this is all to do with the soul , if we have had many births in a female body we get so associated with that , when we get born again into a male body the soul is still attracted to the male , it's so simple. This is really interesting, that they were able to observe sexual brain activity, and conclude that John was indeed 100% gay. I love the look on John's face when they tell him he's straight - he seriously looked troubled.
