Very nice! The sequence starting from 1:10 reminds me so much of Transformers Victory, particularly the sequence where Star Saber becomes Victory Saber! I just love the mecha designs the Brave Series and the Transformers share.
This brings back my childhood memories! My favourite character was Advenger the steam locomotive, and I used to hav the toy that transform into a robot.
At the moment it hasen't been officially released on DVD in Japan yet, though if you look hard enough (though they'll probably be expensive) you might still find VHS and Laser Disk releases of the show. If you want an English release, sadily there is no plans to comission Goldran for an English release, the only Yuusha series that was was GaoGaiGar and that was only half dubbed due to poor sales. Raijinoh (a show similar to Yuusha has been comissioned however I'm not sure if it will be dubbed.
it would be nice to see a release of the other seven brave saga titles along with a redub of gaogaigar, the dub media blasters did was "so-so" but seriously could have been done better, also as I've read around some of the fan sites and seems the half ass dubbing of gaogaigar seems to have pissed off a lot of the fan base, poor sales or not they could have atleast finished the job
I actually checked the official Yuusha site, apprentily it is released on DVD in Japan, so there you go, my bad! As fror a dub, well don't expect one to be made soon, since this I doubt this show will be comissioned for one anytime soon folowing GaoGaiGar. That and the fact that there are no plans to release any of the toys. Believe it or not it seems more people prefer to watch anime in it's source language, instead of being dubbed!
from what I've seen from fan sites they were or probably still are ticked about the dubbing job, and most who want to see anime's in the original source language are either die hards who are trying to be what they aren't or just simply pirates or scene fans
well, most of the time, the dubbing of any anime is made with very little emphasys on acting, hencefore feeling cheap. I go for subs instead because it retains a more believable feel to it.
You´re right, but fan projects also help to spread fame on series that otherwise would be unknown to some of us. Actually, a couple of friends are making a spanish dubbing on gurren lagann. But still, it´s just luck of the draw I guess...
true but some fan projects really spoil it, example I watched part of gear fighter dendoh that was dubbed rather well by one group but wasn't finished the the group that picks it up butchers it, with bad translations changing around of names constantly and impropperly timed subs
Golden Fencer Dran, according to Zinc Panic. But yeah, the resemblance is uncanny. Sunrise did all the Brave series, IIRC, so there's bound to be some recurring designs.
thanks ! would like to take all the credit for the resolution but it's something I found on a forum some time ago, and for now it`s all I have of this anime tv serie. ;)

However, they are slowily, but sureily re-releasing each Yuusha series on DVD. At the moment they may be up to Da Garn at the moment.

Hey, sometimes fan projects make a really good job in these so called pirate dubbings. After all, it is no easy task translating japanese

true as to your other comment but pirating still dosen't help any of the companies that work hard to make good dubs for english releases
