I guess I've been gone a while because you came a long way from just talking about melee lol. Great work btw. You make me want to do some training myself.
@phyzxman I have never tried the back lever and front lever stuff. not sure what it does that would actually help me.... and yep! i just began planche pushup training! i saw a few guys online do them and i thought to myself.. hey..thats neat! lol i suck right now but i am working on it i can do like 5 hahaha oh.. question.. how the heck do you breathe while planched? that a word? lol
@cyclops4ever All of the moves I mentioned require (and build) very strong core muscles, as well as other upper body muscles. It's practicing thing of that nature that make gymnasts the strongest men(pound-for-pound) on the planet. So as far as what it'lldo for you, besides giving you something that'll even impress your strongest friends, it will teach you how to use your body more as a whole and give you a six pack that's not just for show.
For the bench press at 1:00 I make that 4 x 45lbs plates + 2 x 10lbs plates + 10 lever weight = 210lbs = 95Kg on each arm. A total bench of 420lbs = 190Kg for 5 reps!!! Good job.
Man! If you armwrestle, other guys will be shocked by your complete muscle mass. you pull yourself up with your whole body, focusing on your arms, which makes them looks the best, but also makes you very strong too.
if you ask me, in your case, your form doesnt really matter,

Even if you don't train it regularly, I'd like to see how well you can do a front lever. I'm subscribing, and I'll be waiting!

Have you ever tried gymnastic bodyweight skills like the front lever, back lever, handstand pushups, or planche?
...WHOA, HOLD UP! Were you about to do some planche training at the end?
