I think wind and solar power are good ideas, but probably more on an individual basis. Small wind generators have had a measure of popularity in the 70s, 80s, and back before rural electrification. It would be nice to see them used more now in areas that have sufficient wind.

How about we do a search for "global temperature statistics" or a variation of it, rather than a search that will probably specifically give us a link to information from a conservative think tank/ organization that is funded by fortune 500 money?
