Yes, I do hear it, just a tinge of Irishness. But when people think Irish, they think of the band Westlife, and boy do they speak (not sing) with a thick Irish accent, sometimes to the point of being indiscernible as the English language when viewed by an international audience. My first comment was prompted when you pronounced "talk" without pulling down the "a". Do you work along the lines of communication, which perhaps might have required you to sound more un-regionalised?
Your English accent is surprisingly very very mild! It sounds almost international rather than regionalised (like what they do on films intended for an international audience rather than on TV serials intended for a domestic audience). Have you spent a great deal of time overseas?
