Most cops will "allow" people to have these, the cops keep a list of everyone that have illegal lights...And when the time comes that they want to pull that vehicle over for another "reason" such as drugs, warrants, etc. They already have their reason to make the traffic stop. People that equip their vehicles with these illegal lights are just begging to get fucked with.
