@erlingtonjames good idea also i recommend checking out a product called Humapro and Jungle Warfare Extreme they are both all natural plant based products
@metalhaze1982 If anything its the opposite, the molecular structure of protein is broken down with heat, so by heating protein your actually at a disadvantage.
@AMartyny6 Just boil some eggs and put the egg whites in the blender, make sure you mix the whites and the milk first ( this will get rid of the egg smell) and the Chocolate, blend, and whatever else you like, Ice cream, frozen yogurt, peanut butter, but make sure you blend each ingredient one at a time. By the time it's done you won't smell the eggs and you won't taste them either.
Mixing whey protein with agave syrup is a terrible food combination. It creates sticky proteins in your gut that travel through the circulatory system and contribute to plaque. I agree; stevia is a much better option.
@igotnoname100 Stevia is an all natural sweetener that comes from the stevia plant (which is an herb). It isn't anything like those "fake sweeteners" like aspartame or splenda which are nothing but chemicals. You might be confusing stevia with the "fake" sweeteners like aspartame, splenda, and sweet n low which are bad for your health.
@jadshadowdog. Protein whey is not much different from egg whites. Mainly from the absorbation speed is different, protein whey is absorbed by body in just around 30 minutes, while egg whites absorb at around 3-4 hours, that's pretty much the main difference, protein whey is mainly good if after/before workouts, as well if you need to fuel your body quickly. Raw egg absorbation is very bad btw, they're nothing good for a bodybuilder.
Adding dairy healthier?l,,,,,,,I don't think so!!!!......OBB has it correct!!,,,,Agave instead of honey...great choice....it doesnt spike the glycemic index......,,For me I would substitute carob for cocoa.....But I thank you for taking the time to gives us this recipe....Stay Well....
You know what would even be healthier? Just mix up 3 or 4 whole organic eggs, a glass of raw milk, a couple of berries and a tablespoon of raw honey. You want coco-taste? Throw it in.
@matrixview There is no point in getting organic eggs if you're just having egg whites. All the bad stuff in regular eggs is all in the yolk, not the egg whites.
