What this whole process has been about, is the administration's lack of understanding of the American public's wishes. Now, no matter how socialistic Obama may be, the fact remains that his power eminates from the American people. It has been obvious through the Tea Party movement and the defeats in Va. ans Mass. yet the admin. ignores them. The fact is, the Obama admin. is not concerned with constituent wishes, they are assumptive elitists that don't deserve a place in our democracy.
Beginning on page 1,000 of the measure, Section 3403 reads in part: it shall not be in order in the Senate or the House of Representatives to consider any bill, resolution, amendment or conference report that would repeal or otherwise change this subsection. In other words, if Obama signs this measure into law, no future Senate or House will be able to change a single word of Section 3403, regardless whether future Americans or their representatives in Congress wish otherwise.
