Chad Allen quit but became their manager later on, so he didn't really lose too much. Jim Kale got the rights because he was the only original member from Chad Allen's group who eventually became the Guess Who.

I guess they forgot the memo from thedude3092 that they were suppose to get his opinion before making any decisions. Idiot.

I think it's beyond sad that the great Chad Allan wasn't up on that stage accepting that award, as this band owes SO MUCH to the AWESOME voice of Chad Allan in it's early years.
