veterans and veterans... the characters on this show are known for verbalising and thinking with a grasp of life way beyond their age. It's the concept of the show. What's more puzzling is Joey's ability to let go of both Dawson AND Pacey to two of her best friends. Her character isn't exactly known for rolling with the punches.

Wow, Dawson lets Joey be there for him for 5 minutes. Too bad it almost takes Joey getting mugged and shot for him to realize what she means to him. lol :0

i love the show despite its pretentions...but it really annoys me how the second they get to college they're like old veterans at life...gimme a break! what are they supposed to be 19??
