It broke my heart when G died. & I don't remember the part about him in the Afterlife. So it was good to see it. Like an emotionally satisfying resolution.
I never saw an episode of this show throughout the 90s, but watching the movie was the first time that I heard of the show about a little over ten years ago (and shown after the NBA All-Star game).
I still remember that bar scene vividly; they're celebrating capturing Giardello's shooter, then Brody quietly walks in & delivers the news...& the place falls eerily quiet. In shock. That's the same feeling I felt watching this scene. I still miss this show even to this today, it was one of the best on TV.
i dont understand why ppl cant just understand being dead..they cant get it threw their head that they wouldnt ever exist again..so they say shit like the afterlife or heaven..no! when ur dead..ur dead..its over..try to understand that
one of the best all time cop shows - and shows in general. kudos to simon for his excellent written work and for helping bring this and other series' to life...
Nice to have all these HMovie clips posted on youtube. I haven't been able to see H: Life Everlasting on the screen/DVD, so I'm thankful to the author of these postings. As expected- cast, acting, screenplay and the entire story arc are superb.
Baldwin left the show and they later worked it in where he secretly was working for the FEDS elsewhere undercover and was killed in the line of Duty. I remember the show where Meghan and everyone got the news.
The one thing that they never answered was why Grasetti killed himself. Was a reason ever given. Pembelton says at the end no one knows why to this day.
THANKS for uploading the movie i have search it everywhere and finaly i have found it ThAnKs again it was a very nice movie. I hope it will make Homicide: the movie 2 or smth like that Thanks
Seriously THANK YOU for putting this up
I just finished watching series 1-7 so happy i found this on youtube can't buy the dvd anywhere, Cheers

It would suck if the afterlife really was just being stuck in a squadroom, how depressing.
I miss G~!!! ;_;

This show was without any question the greatest show on TV, IMO. I'm proud to say that I own every season on DVD.

@thunderdeed1 Good question. In real life, the producers wanted a different actor.
In *reel* life, hey, life is like that sometimes...some things remain a mystery.
