  • Hi Ian,

Have you been up to Seattle, for the Masters of Scottish Arts workshop/concert?

I really appreciate your videos for the inspiration at such an affordable price...free is cool, but if you have a paypal account I would love to send you some frogskins.Your videos are a regular part of my daily practice at home.I belong to a slutty little street band called the Seattle Firefighters Pipes and Drums. If you come up north, I'll buy you a cheeseburger and your body weight in Guinness. Gracias

i can do masons apron to but not so good as you. but ive been playing for only 9 months.

  • i've been playing for 16 or so years... i am almost 27 years old

  • What kind of pipes do you have?

  • David Naill DN4's circa 1996 (drones); Naill blackwood chanter circa 2004, (although the chanter used in this video is actually my Gibson band chanter with a reed made by very well-respected (Canadian) piper who secretly is working his magic behind the scenes as an awesome reed maker but wishes to still remain anonymous. cane drone reeds from McNulty... sheepskin bag seasaoned w/Robinsons seasoning in the plastic container... Gibson brand removable water-trap/stock (GREAT investment that is)
