I LOVE garlic, especially when it's raw. It's great for seasoning dishes and as an herbal antibiotic. Eating raw garlic has helped me get over stomach illnesses faster than with regular antibiotics from a doctor. Hooray for garlic! :-D

I found some of that purple garlic at my supermarket today. It is very fresh and juicy. It is also very hot. Huge cloves too. And it does make you feel good. I don't care if I stink like garlic. Garlic gives you strength and well being. Good for the heart and blood too.

Hello Bob, thanks for introducing your world to us via the internet. I am a lady that really enjoys garlic, not the type you buy in the store but the real thing that you grow. Everything I cook pretty much has garlic in it, real garlic like the one you produce with alot of TLC to I see. The chickens roaming free are so lucky they arent cramed in cages, I also have chickens that roam, and even though I dont know how to play the flute, I have one on my wall. All the very best Bob.

I eat on average a bulb of raw garlic a week. My co-workers complain sometimes, but I think they're getting used to it. My father used to eat it and I think I got the cravings from him. I feel healthier when I have garlic in my diet. I'm glad to see that others do too.

I LOVE garlic! I love to eat it raw and I eat it almost every day. I like to prepare it with some olive oil and dip bread in it. DELICIOUS! Love raw garlic, but don't want to eat it every day. I crush it, mix it with a very little bit of olive oil, roll it up in thin tubes of wax paper and freeze it. Cut if off and take it like a pill with some water. Slips right down. I consume about a head a week.

I find it hard to live with out garlic and am happy that people like Bob Anderson are around. I eat atleast 20 raw bulbs per day; I'v been doing so for years. LOL not only does my breath smell like the plant but passing gas does aswell it's halarioce. One suggestion to other garlic eaters is not to cook or heat it. By doing so it desstroys all the chemical compounds that make garlic the healthiest food on the planet. When life throws you lemons... eat more garlic.

I grew up on a farm like setting and grew lots of veggies including "Chaloth" not charlots as the say in North America.but u don't cook it with every thing.just like we don't say "chive" we say "Cive" but spells it the same as chive.oh! the wonderfull world of herbs and spices.Garlic is good for your health.very good to cook with especially on meats.love it.

I recommend anyone interested in plants/veggies to read more about garlic's history and uses. Garlic contains health promoting sulfur compounds.
