I have the book and have also studied under Craig Gemeiner so I am aware what is and isn't pure Vigny. Lang's method is an adaptation of Vigny, so is what we are doing. That is one tape in a series where we experimented with longer sticks and different methods. The Vigny method was just one thing we tried but also what the series was titled, mostly so we could find the clips again. Thank you for your comments.
