LOL...Wow!!..everytime i think about how lucky i am, i smile...i frequent a local thrift store in my area and have found P90 Videos, suzanne somers somersize videos (unopened), south beach diet books ( i bought 2) and now i add to my collection- callanetics by this smooth sounding lady on video.

I remembered sifting through loads of tony little vids,windsor pilates vids,etc and seeing this callanetics and thought WTF is this??...skipped it before but now- its in my house!!...Whoohoo paid $1.09

This is the most amaazing exersise regime .. so much better than yoga and pilates put together!! i wonder why its not modern anymore !!??

it still is. it just goes under different names - and you're right, this stuff works much faster than gym etc.
