There's a program which tells the time.

Google "ReBoot-Time" should help finding a link to the very small script/program.

My PC reboots in 55 sec on a 5400rpm drive.

You can further shorten the boot time by closing gui boot. This is done through msconfig/boot just tick in "No gui boot". Saves me 5 seconds.

Dont you use some skinprogram(if there even is one for Win7) to get your taskbar so small?
