There is no evidence of abuse in this video. The horse is obviously relaxed, and quite happy. The way she perks her ears and pays attention to the girl's hand indicates to me that the horse is sometimes rewarded with treats. She is attentive and interested in the trainer's hand, not avoiding it or shying away.

Different horses like, and are good at, different things. In dressage their neck rounds because they collect their bodies to make carrying the weight of a rider easier for them. What you are referring to is rollkur, not dressage.
