the m1 homage is a wonderfull car, but sadly it's a concept that is not going to be produced, and if it was, it would be very expensive.

and euro cars are expensive.

you can buy and import a challenger ito europe for 35.000 € and the car's got a slightly high performance.

Id love to have the old challenger, but realisticly the new Challenger would be a much better car for most people, a 1970s muscle car is a farcry from a daily driver, and even then there's a lotta people who even though they have the money for an old challenger, they just lack the passion it takes to own one. Putting $60k+ into a 4-wheel 70s' lawn ornament isnt exactly passion in my book, you gotta drive it often (not daily but often) love it like a child, if not, go ruin a new one instead, LOL

It may look cool, but compared to the 20010 Mustang and the new Camaro its very plain and boring, and actually performs the worse of the 3. Its big, and heavy, and just lacks in interior looks. The Mustang and Camaro are very unique and have great interior details that Dodge simply does not seem to get for some reason with all of their cars. I know if the technology was invested into these cars as much as a lot of Euro and Asian cars have, these cars would stomp most any car it was compared to.

Ok, I am an American and I will be the first to say that Chrysler products have the lowest reliability rating of the big 3. So yeah, the only way they can get people to buy their cars is if they had this warranty. I have known 6 peole that have owned various Chrysler products ranging from 1997 to 2005, and every one of them have had issues with their cars that should never have happened to cars with under 100k miles on them. Oh, and I have a 1990 Ford F150 with 323,000 miles for example.

You talk about spirited driving and evasive meanuvers. I drive a 1994 Chevy Caprice, the one with the L99 the 'baby LT1' some might say. The only modifications I've done to the suspension is install Bilstien shocks, heavy duty springs, I put disks on the back and police calipers on the front. I put an anti-roll bar on the back and Firestone Indy's all around. I can throw this 2 ton behemoth into tight on ramp curves at 50mph and the car responds quite well.

The old one is definitely super cool, but don't forget the awful build quality and flexible body. I'm a bit disappointed that the new one isn't about 400 pounds lighter, but they have to add a lot of strength to pass modern crash tests, plus stereo equipment, sound deadening, etc.

This is one nice car. But I just hate the Interior which screams cheap plastic. I Now the Mustang is a plastic, but at least Ford Gave it style. Enough style you don't concentrate on how cheap the interior is.

2nd, I don't like that Chrysler is going to run the V6 version with a 4 Speed Automatic. Who the hell uses 4 speed anymore. At least Ford Gave Mustang a 5 speed which is also becoming out of date but is better than Chryslers option. But 4 speeds just plain sucks nowadays.

the 09 challenger is going to have a power bump up to 460hp. it will be able to rival the GT500. the camaro is going to be well behind the other 3 until it brings out the SS model, and even if it does it wont have more than 500 horsepower (probably not even that) because of the Corvette C6. based on marketing chevy wouldnt release a better performning car for less money, or theyd never sell another c6. the camaro is being restricted and its a shame. i wanna see the best it can be!
