ok, spain is NOT ruled by a king, they have a costitional monarchy. They have 3 branches of government just like us, and they even hold elections, and have a president.
The king is more like a symbol or heritage, or even a prime minister at the most. You should be ashamed for ignorant.

Also, in my opinion, if Chavez is so ignorant that he will set his entire nation's time back half an hour, just because he doesn't want to be in the same time zone as a certain country, then he doesn't deserve to be handled with class.
