this version ya your right, but most of becks songs are actualy made by an artist called. "beat crusaders" and then adapted into the anime, with the actual voice actors singing it. lol i went an anime convention and i was at a Q&A with the voice acters, and one of em voiced Maho, and we got her to sing moon on the water lmaoo it was awesome. but ya beat crusaders is the original artist i believe.

Good job! I really loved Beck, it's definetely in my top 5 favorite anime! Even though the love story between Koyuki and Maho is just a side story I loved the relationship between them. I had a band as well so watching this brought back some beautiful memories of getting together with my band mates and singing on stage. This anime is a must-see!

I suggest you to finish the anime.. It is the most amazing thing i have ever seen!! Its so real! Portraits the world perfectly and you cant tell that the author got a unchallenged love for music! Great anime, great music! :P and yeah there is pretty much koyuki x maho through the whole series.. but I see it more as a side story really so it doesnt fill up that big parts..

Dude read the manga, and yes it does go a lot farther than the anime. READ THE MANGA ITS AMAZING. It is the best manga I have read to date, oh its touches your soul man. Although the final volume (36) hasn't been scanlated yet as far as i know.

I came across the same problem, but one day I cracked and skimmed through the entire volume. It surely was remarkable, but it wasn't the same as actually understanding it lol. My advice is not to read it because once you do, you don't have anything to look forward to.
