  • you have to have high gluten flour that is the only way to get any good dough.. I bought 50lb bag just for making my pizzas @ home...the best.... YUMMMMMM!!!!!!

  • Adding oil will make the dough stretch-able. There's a recipe in Peter Reinhart's American Pie cookbook that will probably work for you.

  • Thanks for the video! What characteristics does dough for pizzas have to have in order to stretch properly? I make pizza almost every week at our house and I always press out the dough onto greased pans. I make my own dough and would be thrilled to find out what it is exactly that makes good stretching dough.
