you have to have high gluten flour that is the only way to get any good dough.. I bought 50lb bag just for making my pizzas @ home...the best.... YUMMMMMM!!!!!!
Thanks for the video! What characteristics does dough for pizzas have to have in order to stretch properly? I make pizza almost every week at our house and I always press out the dough onto greased pans. I make my own dough and would be thrilled to find out what it is exactly that makes good stretching dough.

my fingertips are always creating holes in the dough. maybe it's because of the whole grain flour i'm using.

Adding oil will make the dough stretch-able. There's a recipe in Peter Reinhart's American Pie cookbook that will probably work for you.
