@SimsFan560 go to the outdoor tool then go to terrain and click the one that lowers it. lower some and then go to the first one that is the level one. click on the lowered part and then drag to where you want lowered. You can make the floor any level, just start at the level of the floor that you want! hope this helped :D

@Madaluts6497 They probably built it before moving Sims in, and then on the neighborhood menu - if they moved Sims in - they probably typed in 'familyFunds (last name) (#)'. Of course, without the little 's and and the last name of the family they moved in. Or it could be just sitting empty in their neighborhood of choice.
