  • This picture looks like Sage is doing triceps dips on invisible parallel bars. Great song by the way.

  • Someone should upload this running onto Hell of a Year.

  • first time to listen to a dark rap song, but it's kind of magnificant

  • "it was too good to last, he thought. It might as well have been a dream, he thought.

Originated from Ernest Hemingway. The old man and the sea. Good book

  • After listening this song Rome felt like totally different city to me. It's amazing how music can change our feelings and percepts so deeply.

  • just your name makes me smile, sage. love you,

  • She's not a chick. She's a woman. Her name is Jolie Holland and she's amazing.

  • @therealsagefrancis tell em, sage...this song blew me away when this album came out, top 10 favorite of mine for sure

  • I had no clue Buddy Wakefield did the vocals in this. I always thought it was a chick singing O_o

  • @CalisCool it is a chick singing, Buddy Wakefield does the spoken word vocals at the end of the track, the chick singing is Jolie Holland, who was also on "Got Up This Morning"

  • well spoken

  • illest sage song.

  • the reason I love Sage is because One can feel the heartache in his words.

this song wrecked me the first time I heard it.

  • he is hip hop, I enjoy all or at least most of his songs.. he embodies what hip hop once was. he is a great story teller. I feel like a piece of me lives through his lyrics. its sound dumb but he is us.

  • fantastic

  • New fav song by him, its like you can feel the universe.

  • Well, I think his first two albums were better, and some of the "Sick of..." cds as well, but this is still incredible stuff. After listening to Sage pretty much everything else feels just plain stupid, lame and childish... Greatest writer ever, to me.

  • @wordsliketurds His poeticness reminds me of The Streets, but if you're American you probably don't know of him.

  • 361 views? you got to be fucking kidding me. amazing song. amazing album. I hate how alot of sage fans think this is one of his worst cds.

  • @joshcoughranmayne I loved it...especially this song...it really hits me hard...

  • Great song
