  • i do masturbation all the time, and i feel very down, is this bad for self healing?

  • @Tomassardinha Yes, as it will drain the "Essence" from your body.

"Essence" is Yin in nature, and is the primary substance responsible for growth and development, metabolism, and plays a role in daily activity especially when Qi is depleted. Essence can be regarded as substantial Yin and spirit, or Shen, as the counterpart Yang.

    Take Care and God Bless.

  • @GMofShunTao Thank you. God Bless you

  • sorry guys if i offended you

  • @Xfrond it's alright man

  • Where did you learn QiGong?

  • @MrEfiddle Many places, but mainly in the USA. You would not believe who retires to Florida and California. LOL

  • when in healing with chi always know that god is helping you ... if you dont acknowledge this you are turning away from christiainity.. just saying in case you guys are lookin to become healers and are christians

  • @Xfrond QiGong does not teach that Qi healers are aided by a supernatural entity; Qi is all around us and flows through us naturally. I'm pretty sure God doesn't mind if people use energy medicine practices that have been scientifically proven to aid in self-healing.

  • @Xfrond woooow how ignorant.

you sadden me. god says "think for yourself cuz i wont be there for you." duh!

  • @Xfrond Keep Jesus out of this as it has nothing to do with Christ!

  • Thank you so much for posting this video. Very helpful.

  • @jeanettecortes Thank you for the great comment.

    God Bless.

  • @GMofShunTao Your videos are amazing. I love them! I have question: Can clearing or cleaning someone's energy help with that person's prosperity? In other words can energy blocks affect the ability of someone to attract money or be successful with their business or money management?

  • @jeanettecortes Thanks.

Yes, you are correct about all of that.

    God Bless.

  • chi cannot be taught but the movements can and furthermore.....i thought there were only 12 Qi Gong masters left in the world

the only one in the united states lives in hawaii

  • @TheZyrinx Wow, no offence, but you should really consider getting some better information. Also, Chi can and is being taught (right here, in a video even) Watch it, it's free. Learn something and then use it to help someone.

  • Im sorry but its just weird seeing you teach chi. Your teaching is correct but, its just weird. XD im sorry.

  • @crewifyable Sorry if things are getting a little to real for you on my channel. Maybe I should do a Qi instructional video with without a shirt on in the middle of traffic. Would that be less weird and more along the lines of the educational process you are used to? lol

  • @GMofShunTao Well it doesn't really matter what i say, as long as your helping people out with this stuff. But you could wear some tai chi uniforms, it could make you look better. lol

  • @crewifyable In the video I am wearing a black, 100% silk, hand made Tai Chi uniform.

  • @crewifyable I do my Qi Gong execises as I please. lol

  • @crewifyable Chi cannot be taught. Mr. Harris teaches techniques of Qi Gong.

    You are weird.

  • Thank you for all these videos you are sharing with us. I have seen most of your videos and I am realy impressed with your offer to society

  • Thank very much for the kind words. It is very pleasing to see someone who understands how blessed we all are, if we so chose to be.

    God Bless.

  • I'm only 15 but how could i learn about acupuncture meridians, without paying money. Also, do you know any way to get healthier lungs, any exercises? I've been practicing your basic 24 postures, but nowhere does it mention lungs.

  • Go to Google and type in Yin Yang House acupuncture theory. Great site, it will keep you busy for awhile.

Let me look for the Lung part of the video and I will get back to you.

  • I found it. 13 of 16.

  • @free2rym99 : the single whip posture in tai chi is good for the lungs

  • there's alot here what would u say a beginner should practice for basics, in short what are the basics?

  • The Fireball and the Diamond. Those are to easy techniques to learn. The Fireball is good for weaknesses and stagnations of blood and qi. The Diamond is good for excesses and and stagnations of blood and qi. With those two techniques you can fix a lot of stuff.

    God Bless.

  • will it help me with women?

  • By strengthening your energy you will attract women of a higher spiritual level.

  • grand master i have another question for you. have you ever heard about the alpha state? and if you have wat do u think of it?

  • Sorry for the long response time. I have been on tour. Yes, the Alpha State of the mind is where you want to be when practicing Qi gong.

  • When I heal people with QI, they don't need to feel it, but the longer I project the QI, the more it will heal, am I right?

Cause I tried with my mom and she said she feel nothing.

I just want to know does feeling matters?

  • It is not important that people feel your qi. Only yhr healing effect is important. Some people would not feel it if you ran over their foot with a truck. But, with training most people will be able to feel your energy. Be Blessed.

  • grand master i was looking around the web in search of chi and healing. the reason for this is because i tried to heal my friend by putting my hand over his arm without touching. as i did so he said each time i breathed in or out a heat from my hand would intesify or pull back. after i was done he said he felt better then before, and this was before i know anything about this. could you tell me if the thing i was doing means something was actualy happening?

  • Yes, absolutely you made something happen. Qi transference is probably the oldest and most natural form of healing. People do this all the time and do not even realize it. The techniques that I teach are refined methods of doing the same thing. So, yes it happened and no it is not in your head. Although, it does take a while to get that through your head sometimes. LOL

  • thank you for explaining

  • No problem, happy to help.

  • hi, nice video! I'm barely a teenager, so will this be harder for me then it will be for adults, or does age not matter?

  • Thank you. You really have an advantage being a teenage. Practice your builds more than you emission and you will become very powerful. Sorry for thr long response time. I have been of tour, But, I am back now. God Bless.

  • Thank you for your responce. I suppose to feel, anyway. Dhave another question, though. Everytime I try to use qi, it feels like it's trapped in my fingers and won't go out. Like I have qi, it just won't exit my body. Like it goes to my finger tips, but bounces back when it hits the walls. Does that make any sense? How does qi feel anyway? Thank you for your wisdom and may God bless you

  • There may be blockages in your fingers. Also, lots more energy comes out of the "Heart of Palm" (center area of the palms) than out of the finger tips. Do not force the energy out, relax and let it come no matter how much or little of it there is. If you think you may have blockages in your finger just massage them before you practice and very soon you will not have that problem any more. Take Care.

  • Thank you so much for you advice. I will definately try massaging my hands before I practice.

  • You are most welcome. Be Blessed.

  • I still have one more question, and I am sorry to bother you about it. What is qi suppose to feel like when it is in your hands? What does the energy feel like? Thank you so much Grandmaster and may God bless you for teaching people the wonderful art of healing.

  • No bother. Qi feels different to many people. This is becuase of the different levels of power and health issues of the pratictioners. But, it should feel warm or hot. It may also have a tingle feeling, push, or pull effect. But, those are your most popular feelings. Take Care.

  • Thank you so much for your wisdom. My chi feels hot, but mostly energy that's a very stong pushing/pulling effect. Is it normal for it to be such a strong feeling you can hardly sit still, and sometimes can't? I'm sorry for all the questions, Grandmaster, I have a problem with being overly curious. I'm new to qi and natural healing and this is the only place I can ask questions. Thank you again and may God bless you!

  • No problem. You are doing fantastic. Keep up the great work, you are right on target :)

    God Bless.

  • Thank you, sir! May God Bless you.

  • Many Blessings and Much Respect to you.

  • Hi

Do you know an old meditation/breathing exercise for the the Sacral Chakra?

  • Yes, there is an old breathing meditation called the Sacral Pump. Might that be the one you mean?

  • Might be, what is the purpose of it? I´m very interested in using the chi energy to help others and myself. I have been practicing it for a while and really want to learn much more. I just stumbled on your youtube account today and I'm looking forward to study your way.

What is your opinion on "growing" your hands. Is this a practical method or just for fun / believing?

  • Sorry, I am not familiar with the term "growing" your hands. I may know it by a different name. Could you please elaborate on the technique?

  • I can reply a video I did. Watch the fingers of the hand.

  • Sorry, cannot say that I have ever seen that type of technique before.

  • can this heal eye vision? at least improve it little bit.....

  • Yes, but you might checkout my video on The Yes Technique. It is faster and easier. Take Care.

  • Hello, I would like to say think you for the video first. When I tried this exercise my entire body began to convulse slightly and my hands became very warm and palpated, although I feel more energized than before... it almost feels like there is some kind of energy block within me... I practice basic meditation, and chakra meditation almost daily, do you have any advice or suggestions on what this is or anything to help? (the convulsions that is) Thanks Again

  • wean i doit i feel like if may hand wear two bar magnet, but it goes out wean may concentration is out.

does it have to feel like that??

  • It is normal for this to happen. The more you practice the better you will get at it. Your are doing well. Just keep up the good work.

  • other thing how do i now wean its healing may patient? and that hes getting heal? does he feel it?

    sorry i am new =)

  • It's ok. Everyone must start somewhere. Sometimes they feel it and sometimes that don't. But, after your have done the technique for a few minutes on them and then waited a mintue or two they will feel better. If they need more done then you do more. It is simple.

  • thank SGM Harris =)

its sow amazing to feel im 16 i wanna lean more about chi and qigong. i being meditating and doing tai chi and qigong for like 4 year i never new that chi was this great and healp full.

other thing cant chi heal animals?

  • That is great. You are on the path. And yes, chi can heal animals. It is not different than work on humans.

  • Hi SGM Harris, how can I best help a person who suffer from multiple sclerosis? Would SST system sitting be good? Using Qigong how can I help her? Body part by part ? Any specific point to aim at?

    THanks !

  • People with MS can need a verying degree of work done. The spine is a great place to start. It is a lot of work but you will see improvement almost evey time. Check out my video on Qi gong therapy for the spine. That will help a lot. Also, points that drain dampness and help transport qi are of the up most benefit. Here is a good list of points to start with. LV3, GB40, KD3, BL64, SP3, ST41, LU9, LI4, PC6&7, TH4, HT7, and SI4. If you need a guide to locate the points try Yin Yang House . com

  • Thank you for sharing. *bow* I've practiced kung fu and meditation for a while, I am beginning with Qigong, when I do the 8 builds, I feel a strong magnetic power between my hands, but not really heat... I'd like to have an advice for this ! thanks.

  • You are most welcome. Thank you for great comment. You are doing fine. You just need to practice more to get the heat effect. Also, you could try doing your builds slower. This also helps to generate more heat and less mangnetic feeling qi. Take care.

  • this usually uses all of my chakra...it weakens me greatly

  • Then discontinue doing the techniques on this video. You need to start with learning the 24 Postures of Shun Tao to build up your energetic body. You can watch them on this channel.

  • what are some basic positions to do to cultivate the chi so i can practice longer?

  • Any of the 8 basic builds will help with that or any of the 24 postures. It is simply a matter of practice in general.

  • Great video Master Harris.

Do you recommend any exercise for the lymphatic system? bow

  • Check out The 24 Postures of Shun Tao. For the lymph use the Gallbladder postures. Be Blessed.

  • Thank you for the kind comment. As far as your problem. Doing a Fireball over the area for about a minute. Then wait for 2 to 5 mintues. Then do the Fireball again for a minute. Repeat this 2 to 5 times a day until it is healed. It will may not take but a few days or even less than that.

  • i wanted to ask ,i was told to never put the left hand over the right .i am a man though ,am i doing something wrong ?

  • It is not "wrong". It is just Yin building. The left over right is Yang building. Some teachers do not like to teach Yang building excerises. They are believed by some to be dangerous. I was taught and have learn from experince that they are not as long as they are used in moderation.

  • Hey.

Can Qi gong heal wrist injuries? I have injured bouth wrists and i have injuried ligament on bouth and also there is some lump on the left wrist. I dont wanna go to surgery because i wanna heal the natural way. There injuries are a few years old.

    Can that be healed?

    Thanks.

  • Yes, I fix those types of things all the time. Check out the part of this video that talks aout the weld technique. It ue for broken bone new and old injuries. The technique is show on the 5 of 8 clip of this video. It will take some work (about 10 minutes a day for about a week or until completely finished) But, that should do it. Take care.

  • I meant to ask if i can heal myself with qi gong exercises. Its still great to know that i can be healed. Now i just have to find some qi gong healer in my country. I was looking for it on the internet but i could only find seminars and classes but no healing sessions. Also my family and friends are not in that kind of stuff so i cant ask them hey why dont you learn qi gong so you can heal me. I found one video on YT that teaches how to heal yourself in meditation so i will try that.

  • This is interesting. How long have you studied? Who is your master? What lineage is this from?

  • I have studied for 28 Years. My Grandmaster was Charles Laver, his Grandmaster was Ku Kim. Lineage from Korean Lotus Palm Method. System and name were changed years ago to Shun Tao. The system turned to a softer base form similar to Tai Chi. The healing art inside Shun Tao is called Shun Shen Tao. I hope the help you. Take care.

  • Yes, try the Shen Technique Video on my channel. You will have to do it a few times but, hey it free right! So, do as many times as it takes. It also would be good to watch Qi Tv for free video on this channel. It can help you just by playing it. Try it. Get better soon! God Bless!

  • thank you very much for sharing this

  • Thank you for being wise enough to find benefit in it. God Bless.

  • everytime i try to do the fireball, i feel my hands getting warmer but i don't feel anything in between my hands. is that normal?

  • Yes. Also, here is a exercise that will help you feel the energy. Perform your Fireball Technique and then move your hand slowly around a solid object. Try to feel the difference between nothing between your hands and something between your hands. Then you will also be able to feel the energy between your hands.

  • Great stuff. Thank you for sharing this.

  • You are most welcome. Study hard and be blessed.

  • This is simple stuff thank you for teaching the ways of Qi gong. I know I like to relax.

  • Glad to help. Also, keep up the grest teaching work you do.
